Use of Services
- Our services, including the sale of camping gear and guided tours, are for personal use only.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when engaging with us.

Purchases and Payments
- All purchases must be paid in full at the time of the transaction unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations of guided tours must be made at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.
- Refunds for camping gear purchases will only be issued for defective items returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-refundable items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Liability
- While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Camping Ghana is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during tours or while using our gear.
- It is your responsibility to follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by our team.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Camping Ghana and may not be used without permission.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
